Parents Guidelines
- Read the school almanac and abide by the guidelines and instructions carefully.
- Parents are co-educators so it is appreciated to co-operate with us to inculcate education, moral values and discipline to the child.
- Please do not interrupt the class during school hours. In emergencies contact schooloffice /reception first. Your visit must have reason for visit which you can inform at the Reception.
- Check your ward’s Almanac daily for the school activities, teachings, homework and all other updates of the school.
- Send your ward to school regularly and with punctuality. In case of absence, please inform the class teacher or school office.
- We discourage private tuitions for the students as the classroom teachings are enough for academic excellence if the student is attentive during the teaching hours. The habit of self-study must be encouraged.
- Students must come to school only in the uniform which should be neat and organized.Please adhere to the school timings, punctuality and uniform.
- Give your child fruits for morning break and healthy tiffin, water bottle and napkin daily.
- It is mandatory for all the parents to attend the parent teacher meeting (PTM).
- In case of change of address and contact numbers, please update them with the school office.
- Parents are discouraged from calling or visiting their ward during school hours.
- Do not send the students to school when they are ill or not well. Let them take rest until they become healthy.
- Never send any gifts for teachers and school authorities. Also check that the student does not carry mobile phones or any gadget to the school.
- Arrogant and rude behavior of the parents towards school and staff members will be taken seriously.
- Criticism of school and teachers in front of students/ other parents must be avoided as the student may lose faith/respect of the school and teachers.
- Please avoid school as a place for meeting of parents for grievances. It is advised to communicate in writing to the school authorities.
- Parents must see if their ward does not bring home anything from the school without teacher’s consent if so it is advised to return very next day to the school.
- Please abide by school rules and foster your child to do same to create healthy school environment.
